Customers expect the canvas to look like a glossy ad photo with the lyrics looking thin and shrunken once printed — then the actual product arrives heavier, the lyrics crisper, and the wood frame thicker than the website led them to expect. The proof process gets singled out because most personalized-canvas competitors don't send proofs — they print whatever you submit and ship blind.
