Every AmourPrint order includes a free digital proof before we print. You see exactly how the canvas will look — lyrics, layout, colors, date, names — and you can revise as many times as you want until it's right. No extra charge, ever.
How the free proof works
Place your order, fill in the song lyrics and personalization details, and within 24 hours (often within 6 hours during business days) you'll get a digital proof emailed to the address on the order. The proof shows the exact canvas you'll receive — lyrics typeset in your chosen font, background you selected, date and names positioned, the whole composition. If anything is off — a typo, a line break in the wrong place, a date you want to move — reply to the proof email and we'll revise. We don't print until you reply "approved."
How many revisions are included
Unlimited. Every order. We've had customers run through 4 or 5 rounds of proof revisions before approving, and there's never an extra charge. The whole point of the proof is to make sure you love it before we commit ink to canvas. Most orders approve in 1-2 rounds; complex layouts sometimes take 3-4.
What the proof guarantees
The proof is a contract — what you approve is what we print. If the physical canvas arrives different from the approved proof (wrong font, wrong line break, color shift), we re-make it on us. Combined with the 5-year color guarantee on the print itself, the free proof is the reason our re-make rate is under 1%.
