Every AmourPrint canvas ships with a lifetime craftsmanship warranty and a 5-year color guarantee. If anything fails — frame, stretching, color shift — we re-make it on us.
What the lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers
The wood frame, the stretching, the staples, the hanging hardware — all covered for the life of the canvas. If the frame warps, the canvas comes loose from the stretchers, or the hardware fails, send us a photo and we re-make and re-ship at no charge. We've had customers redeem 8 years after the original purchase. That's the promise.
What the 5-year color guarantee covers
The print itself — the lyrics, background, photo if you added one — is guaranteed against fading or color shift for 5 years. We use museum-grade water-based pigment inks rated 75+ years on canvas under normal indoor display conditions, but the 5-year guarantee is the binding promise: if you see noticeable fading in the first 5 years, we re-make and re-ship.
How to file a warranty claim
Email support@amourprint.com with your order number and 2-3 photos showing the issue. We respond within 1 business day. No paperwork, no proof-of-purchase hunting — the order is in our system from your original email. If we agree it's covered, the replacement ships within the standard production window (2-3 days standard, 1 day rush).
