Returns, honestly
Every canvas is made to the words you give us, so it cannot be resold to anyone else - which is exactly why the proof step exists. Here is what is true rather than what sounds good:
- You see and approve a free digital proof before we print. If it is not right, we change it, as many times as it takes, at no cost.
- If your canvas arrives damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, we replace it. Email support@amourprint.com with a photo.
- Because each piece is personalised, it is not a general change-of-mind return. Please read our Refund Policy in full before you order.
