Three layers of pre-print protection make most returns unnecessary:

  1. 24-hour designer preview — you see the exact layout, typography, colors, and lyric placement BEFORE we print
  2. Unlimited free revisions — tweak as many times as needed. Some customers do 5-7 revisions; no charge
  3. Designer recommendations — our team flags potential issues (low-res photos, awkward spacing, copyright concerns) and proposes fixes

How to initiate a return

  1. Email support@amourprint.com with your order number + reason for return
  2. We respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label (US orders)
  3. Pack the canvas in the original packaging (or any sturdy box)
  4. Drop at any USPS / FedEx / UPS location (depending on label)
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of return receipt

What's NOT covered

  • Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery
  • Items significantly damaged after delivery by recipient (we cover transit damage, not post-delivery damage)
  • Items with custom photos or text that the customer approved in the 24-hour designer preview (we'll still try to make it right — contact us)

What if I don't like the design AFTER seeing the preview?

Unlimited free revisions before printing. The 24-hour preview lets you tweak typography, color, lyric layout, photo placement, dedication text, font, frame style. You can also request a designer call for complex designs.

What if the recipient doesn't love the canvas?

Two options: (1) email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund + free return shipping, or (2) keep it and order a different design at 50% off as a make-good. We track this at the customer level, not order level.

Damaged-on-arrival policy

Photograph the damage + email support@amourprint.com within 7 days of delivery. We reprint and reship at no cost — no need to return the damaged canvas (you can keep it, recycle it, or use it as backup wall art). Transit damage is rare (~0.3% of orders) but covered 100%.
