What Does the 24-Hour Designer Preview Actually Include?
Within 24 hours of your order, a human AmourPrint designer sends you a JPG mockup of your canvas — exact final layout, font, color palette, spacing, and proportions — so you can approve, request revisions, or completely re-direct before we print. Free unlimited revisions are included.

What you receive
A single JPG (or sometimes 2–3 layout options) showing your canvas exactly as it will print, including:
- Lyric block, formatted with line breaks and spacing applied
- Both first names rendered in the chosen font
- Wedding date or anniversary date positioned cleanly
- Color palette — background, text, accent
- True final canvas proportions (16x20, 24x36, etc.)
- Optional elements: GPS coordinates, location names, custom dedications
What you can request changed
Anything. Font swaps, color palette shifts, layout reorganization (lyric on top vs. bottom), italics on the song title, larger or smaller name treatment, removed elements, added elements. Each round of revisions takes another 24 hours typically, and there's no cap on how many rounds you can request.
How to approve fast
If the first preview looks right — say "approved, please proceed" in your reply. We move to print queue same business day. If you want a small tweak, reply with specifics: "Move date to bottom right, italicize song title." We send Preview v2 within 24 hours.
What this protects you from
The two biggest customer regrets in personalized print: (1) typos in the lyric you didn't catch, (2) layout choices that read different on a 24"×36" canvas than they did in your head. The preview catches both before ink hits canvas.
Rush orders and the preview
If you selected 2–3 day rush, the preview happens in parallel — you'll see it within 12–18 hours. Approve fast (within 4–6 hours) to keep the rush window intact.
