Can I Cancel a Custom Order? (AmourPrint Policy + Industry Standards)

Yes — custom orders at AmourPrint can be cancelled at no charge during the 24-hour designer preview window, before production starts. After approval, partial refunds are possible up to 48 hours later. Once a canvas enters print production, it cannot be refunded because it's already personalized to you.

The AmourPrint cancellation timeline

Hours 0-24: full refund window

After you place an order, our designers send a digital preview within 24 hours. You have unlimited revisions during this window. If you want to cancel for any reason — wrong song, changed your mind, accidentally ordered — we issue a 100% refund within 5-7 business days. Email cancellation@amourprint.com or reply to the preview email.

Hours 24-72: post-approval partial refund

Once you approve the preview, production begins. If you need to cancel between approval and the 48-hour mark, we typically issue a 75-85% refund (we've already paid for materials and designer time). After 72 hours, the canvas is too far into production for a refund.

After 72 hours: production complete, no refund

Custom-printed personalized canvases cannot be refunded once they enter the printing stage. The canvas has your specific lyrics, names, dates — it's worthless to anyone else. This policy is industry-standard across custom-print shops worldwide.

What CAN'T be refunded but CAN be exchanged

If your canvas arrives damaged in shipping, we send a free replacement (no need to return the damaged piece). If we made a typo or design error vs your approved preview, we send a free corrected canvas. If you simply changed your mind after delivery — unfortunately we can't take it back, but we'll often offer a 25-50% discount on a replacement order.
