The bulk-order process step by step
Step 1: Quote request. Email or chat us with your quantity, format, song, wedding date, and any custom design notes. We'll send a written quote inside 24 hours.
Step 2: Single-unit design approval. We design ONE favor first, send you the 24-hour preview mockup, and you approve or request revisions (unlimited and free). This is the most important step — once it's locked, we replicate exactly across the full run, so any design issue you don't catch here will repeat across all units.
Step 3: Production. Standard production windows are 5-7 days for 20-49 units, 7-10 days for 50-149, and 10-14 days for 150+. Rush production (2-3 days) is available up to 100 units for a flat $89 fee.
Step 4: QC + ship. Every unit gets a quick QC pass before packing. Bulk orders ship in a single consolidated package to one address (we don't split-ship favors to individual guests).

- Wedding 6-12 weeks out: order this month with standard production.

Forgetting parents + helpers. Most couples order favor quantities matched to guest count and forget that parents, the wedding planner, photographer, and the venue staff also like favors. Add 8-12 extras.
Underestimating shipping time. Production is one window. Shipping is a separate window. A 10-day production run plus 5-day shipping is 15 days total — don't conflate them.
